Imagine you have a highly honored guest for a party in your home and you receive him with great respect and feel blessed to have him attend your party. In the middle of the party your guest requests to use a restroom and since downstairs bathroom was occupied you offer him to use the upstairs bathroom and lead him to the bathroom. After smetime you notice that the guest is not seen anywhere and wondering what happened you go upstairs to see what is going on. After seeing the bathroom not occupied you wondered what happened and just by chance took a peek into your little daughter’s bedroom. There you see the guest in a compromised situation with little daughter. What would your reaction be? It would be a total shock. As you gather composure and feel the intense rage, you would ask, ‘What are you doing? What the hell are you doing in my daughter’s room? I thought you were an honorable person, respected you and responded right away when you asked to use the bathroom. You sick criminal, you violated every decent norm, get the hell out of my home before I kill you. Get out, right now”.
That is the reaction people of India have with the perverted criminal Supreme Court judges Surya Kant Das and Padriwale for their statements against Nupur Sharma when she filed a petition to combine all FIRs against her given the threats against her life, that too right after brutal murder of Kanhaiya Lal. They violated every norm of sense of fairness and decency. Who are these judges? How did they become SC judges? What is going on in their heads? What did they learn growing up in this nation? How did the nation come to this pass? These judges unfortunately are not exceptions, in fact it is the norm today, they just happened to burst out. This has been coming for a long period of time. Distant from the ethos of the nation, feeling inferior about the great culture of this nation and aping the West, appointing judges within their own family and friends (most judges in India come from just a handful of families), largely corrupted by international break India forces and their local partners in their agenda to convert the nation into a vassal state, this judiciary has no clue about this nation or the enormous dangers it is facing today. Supreme Court of India has effectively become a dangerous terror enabling organization and powerful break India force. India simply has no future with the current judiciary with its accompanying legal education, system of shady NGOs, PIL industry that has become an integral part of regime changing color revolution set by break India forces.

Noted young lawyer Sai Deepak recently mentioned in a TV interview about Supreme court Chief Justice Ramana statement that it is time to indigenize Indian judiciary. That is a pregnant observation by the Chief Justice. Indian judiciary is far removed from the ethos of this nation. In the book, ‘Supreme Whispers – Conversations with the Judges of the Supreme Court of India’ by Abhinav Chandrachud (related to current SC judge Chandrachud) based on famous interviews of Supreme Court Judges, senior lawyers, politicians by American scholar Gadbois in 1980’s we get a glimpse of India judiciary at that time and continues even to today. It shows a picture of the Judges deep connections to politicians, personal grudges in appointments, begging for a university position in US post retirement, worshiping American Supreme Court judges, judges dissenting not based on merit of the case but based on judges who sit with him on the bench, looking for help with their children move to US, familiarity with English and American cases knowledge as requirements for appointments to Supreme Court. In essence, these judges are colonized judges who are perhaps no different from the British era judges during the colonial period, and worse they are still natives looking up to colonizers for approval even after 70 years of independence. We can see this in the most recent Sabarimala case about older women entry into Sabarimala temple where Justice Indu Malhotra is the only one that asked to honor many thousand year old tradition while Justices then CJI Dipak Misra, Khanwilkar, Nariman and Chandrachud said it violated the constitution. One of the basis used is whether Ayyappa’s devotees are a separate denomination which is a concept borrowed from Christian denominations! Why is one temple older women entry in the whole country of 1.4 billion people with lakhs of temples has no such restrictions become so important that Judges need to take time to even discuss. If they feel such an issue is important, should they not discuss the complete prohibition of any woman in lakhs (i.,e every) Mosque in the nation? The answer lies in the whole PIL and legal industry that is flushed with hundreds of crores of rupees determined to attack the Hindu religious tradition, particularly a temple that attracts millions of devotees irrespective of caste, creed for conversions and other geopolitical reasons. If the judges had any sense of the agenda behind it, they could have easily dismissed the plea but there is most possibly a large amount of corruption, perversion from colonization behind taking up such a case and giving such a judgement.
In 2009 when Sonia Gandhi used her proxies to file 100 million dollar defamation lawsuits against activists in US courts because they took a full page in the New York Times exposing her, the court hearing took less than 5 minutes. The judge asked a simple question, ‘is the person who is claimed to be defending the party to the complaint?’. When answered negatively by the other side, he said there is no case and strictly asked not to waste court time. That is not it. There was another subsequent case for 20 million dollars filed against the activists in a different court when they made some legal maneuvering that Sonia Gandhi is party to the case, the judge in that court on the day of the hearing soon saw into the game and said he has no interest in even discussing the case and immediately dismissed it. Mind you, the lawyers they used are the most expensive lawyers in the United States who actually won a defamation case against Time magazine for Israeli premier! We have a choice to emulate the best or the worst.
Hindu India is a nation that gave refuge to all the persecuted religions of the world and one of the first things Israeli parliament did when it was first established was to acknowledge that India is the only nation that never persecuted Jewish people in the world. After that, he refused to see us and my recollection was we had to use our own means to get to the hotel. That is the level of colonization and culture of judiciary in the nation starting right from the education. No wonder it has delivered the most perverted judgements against Hindu tradition with little understanding of it and poses ominous threat to Hindu way of life in the country which still has 70% Hindu population.

The response to Nupur Sharma from international radical Islamic organizations, from Islamic nations is most likely engineered as part of the color revolution against India. The whole PIL/NGO industry is largely corrupt break-India entities. Institutions like Human Rights Law Network claiming for protecting the tribals, Rohingya refugees, even protecting the Christian church backed terrorists in North East have offices in Europe and are actually fronts of color revolution in India to convert India, use radical Islam to disrupt the nation, combine christians, Muslims and dalits to grab power to serve Western interests. None other than ex-Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi said it is not possible to attain a 5 trillion dollar economy with the current judiciary. With virtual control of media, social media and enormous funds into NGO, PIL’s and local political parties, what India is now going through is a dangerous regime changing color revolution. While the West is the one that is killing most Muslims around the world (millions in Iraq alone) from Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Libya to plunder their resources and their land, they are teaching us we are against Muslims, radicalizing them to use against India and blocking from taking any real firm actions against the terrorists and terror enablers or challenge the radical and political Islam embedded in Islamic scriptures. Nupur sharma is their latest victim but India itself is the target. Do these judges have any clue about any of this? Perhaps they read and watch the Western sponsored media and their partners in India with no understanding of what is going on.
The ominous path … and some remedies
The same judges who are going after Sansad and talking about Nupur Sharma have done nothing with Akbaruddin Owaisi who openly blared, ‘give me 24 hours without police, 20 crores Muslims will butcher 100 million Hindus’ and he is freely roaming. They find nothing wrong with most derogatory insults on Hindu deities and even that of MF Hussain who drew completely naked pictures of all revered Hindu deities and even having sex with animal vahanas. While they are quick to give harshest sentences to Hindu victims till today the terrorists who brutally stabbed security agent hundreds of times and threw his body in a ditch or the multi crores property destruction during Delhi riots are not even charged just as there is little recognition the plight of the families of thousands of minor Hindu and Christian girls who are love Jihad’ed. They even commuted the death sentence of a Muslim who raped and killed a 4 year old while at same time affirming a Hindu who killed a retarded person. The terrorists who committed highly well planned riots in Bhainsa Telangana were let go with just 50 lacs as bail money. People whose heads were blown, whose hands and legs were cut, whose throats were slit are still awaiting justice. Now Kanhaiya lal who was brutally hacked just as an animal being slaughtered evoked the pathetic response from the most perverted judges Surya Kant and Padriwale . India needs to not just impeach such perverted and criminal judges but charge them for encouraging terrorism and justifying blasphemy and give them death sentence. Mind you, this is something not even Kanhaiya Lal did, this is for a post accidentally forwarded by his 8 year old son while Police actually arrested Kanhaiya Lal which brought attention to him while his Muslim neighbor revealed his whereabouts. Such is the pathetic situation in India today. PFI, a terrorist organization openly operating in the country. The same judges who issued suo moto for Lakhimpur violence (that could target BJP) would do nothing in West Bengal in the face of enormous brutalities during post election violence where women are raped and lacs displaced shirked responsibility and recused themselves. With ‘judges appointing judges’ basically ‘judges appointing own family and friends’ scheme resulting in most judiciary coming from a handful of families is a very ominous situation with no accountability from the public. The situation is such that today Kapil Sibal has more power over the judiciary than the Parliament elected by 1.4 billion people.
Most of all as Governor Arif Mohammad advised we got to stop Madrassas through Uniform Education code and bring in gender equality in Muslim community (Uniform Civil code).
Just as the terrorists are now baying for heads of justices themselves, by not joining hands with administration and take firm actions against terrorists, what is unleashed on the public will come to visit the judges and the eco-system that is helping radicalization of the nation. This terrorism will engulf the nation, lead the nation into a civil war and it will not escape even their own lives. Let us learn from Bangladesh with zero tolerance to terrorism by even using extra-judicial killings, France that declared emergency and made them normal laws, China en-masse put in a whole region in reeducation camps, Myanmar threw out Rohingyas out of their nation, Phillppines blew them up in an island, Saudi Arabia beheaded 82 people for crimes that pass as simple crimes in India, America for its mandatory sentences and private jail industry where they jail for decades, Russia taught such lessons that it never happens again. Every nation has to put its minds together to address this demon of terrorism if it has any chance to progress. We need to setup special terrorism courts for quick disposal of justice. Every fatwa, every derogatory insult need to be punished with a decade of hard labor, every love Jihad need to be punished with life sentence, every murder should be punished with quick and swift death sentence and every worship place that is carrying arms or encourage riots should be quickly demolished. We need an army style preparation for swift action against violent riots no matter who is in the Government. Every person who engages in violent riots should be recorded in such a way that they never get a job both in private and public industry, no ration or any Government scheme whatsoever.
